Welcome to Fairways Four Condominiums, a 100-unit complex that is located in Melbourne, Florida. Established in 1980, amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a Clubhouse and an indoor sauna. Our Clubhouse has weekly Bridge and Bunco.  You can also reserve the Clubhouse for gatherings.

Our property is surrounded by the Harbor City Golf Course, a public golf course and driving range.  We are centrally located near several shopping, dining and banking businesses.  Beaches are a short 20-minute drive away and the Indian and Banana Rivers provide many options for boating and fishing.   

Wickham Park, a very short drive or bicycle ride away, is a favorite place for joggers and walkers and hosts numerous festivals and entertainment throughout the year.  A large Senior Center which has many activities is also located in the Wickham Park area.

For theme park enthusiasts, we are less than 90 minutes away from Disney World and Universal Park Studios in Orlando, Florida.  If you like to take cruises, Port Canaveral, located in the north part of Brevard County is a major cruise port offering cruises from many different cruise lines.
